Our favorite local family attraction is the Indianapolis Children's Museum. It is always changing, bringing in new attractions. Our grandkids never tire of it. This would be great gift for my daugter/grandson.

Our favorite place to go so far is the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago. It's free, so we can spend as much or as little time as our almost 1 year old will tolerate on any given day.

Sounds odd but there is a local pub (but more like a restaurant) which is super kid friendly - Kezar Pub on Cole and Carl in San Francisco. And, they have great lamb burgers to boot!

Our next trip is 5 weeks in Victoria, Canada. We are just back from a weekend in Southern Utah and spent the summer in Japan with our 4 year old and 2 year old. My husband is an opera singer and we travel most of the time as a family around the USA and the world. I always love baby carriers, and ones that work front/back are great!

My next day trip will be to a new park in Brooklyn called Pier 6 that I just found out about. It's part of Brooklyn Bridge Park, and has a water attraction, lots of slides and swings, and I think you can even catch the free ferry over to Governers Island there, which is another fantastic NYC day trip in the summer! The next big trip will probably be back to Australia to see my family and introduce our baby to everyone.
