Lego's newest resort is also it's biggest North American resort. Built on the grounds of the historic Winter Haven amusement park in Florida, LEGOLAND Florida combines a plantation feel with the whimsy of Lego. This park is targeted at younger kids (though it has more for the 8-12 set than LEGOLAND California). Very young kids, who might have a difficult time finding rides at other theme parks will find lots to do here, and will also appreciate the more low-key environment.

Be sure to check operating hours before making the 45 minute trek to LEGOLAND from Orlando - the park is sometimes closed midweek during the off season and may have reduced hours compared to other amusement parks.
