Ice cream made on the premises from the dairy cows that live on the premises. And you can visit the cows, even those just born. In the spring, they have Hadley Grass ice cream, aka asparagus (it's better than it sounds. Much better.) Also, delicious mac & cheese.

Hadley is nestled between Northampton and Amherst, along Rte. 9. Close to I-91.
