Okay, look, yes it's tourist-y and there can be a long wait and it's been kind of over-hyped and all but you have to go! I have yet to meet anyone -- kids or adults -- disappointed with the frozen hot chocolate. Not only is it a veritable New York institution, but it's actually delicious. The place is cute, the staff is friendly, the desserts are yummy and it's conveniently located near shopping, movie theaters, Dylan's Candy Bar, etc. Just be sure to make reservations or go at an off time -- i.e. not Saturday night!
