The parker is one of our favorite New York hotels for family travel. It has an excellent location in the heart of midtown shopping and close to central park. Rooms are larger than average, and suite upgrades are often reasonably priced. The hotel even has a few two bedroom suites. There is also an excellent, family friendly restaurant (Norma's) known for the best brunch in town. Kids will love the menu, and you'll love that they have high-chairs. Want something simpler? Tucked away behind floor to ceiling curtains in the lobby is a hidden burger joint with some of the best (and cheapest) burgers in town. more

We stay in New York often and love the location of the Shoreham. Rooms are clean and spacious for the city. Junior Suites are the perfect configuration for families with separate rooms.
