The Seattle children's museum is a good place for kids to play freely on a rainy day. There are lots of different hands on activities, including a large enclosed area for babies and toddlers, a stage with costumes, a "global village" with homes and shops from different countries, a craft area, and more.

Yes, Strollers are allowed in The Children's Museum and there are designated "parking lots" throughout the Museum!
