The Melbourne Zoo is a fantastic place to visit. It is easily accessed by public transport or there is heaps of parking. The gardens are lovely and walking tracks are great. There are heaps of different animals but our favourites are the gorillas & monkeys as well as the seals (which you can see from below water or above!). A truly wonderful day out with kids.
