Great service and attention to detail. When we visited Hong Kong with my then 2 year old daughter, we got to the room and the crib was ready with a set of toys and toiletries which is expected for a 5 star hotel but in addition they provided a tiny bathrobe and slippers for her as well. Made her feel very important and she loved looking like mommy and daddy!
