Known as the best ice cream in Paris, this is a great place to stop in after a visit to Notre Dame. We highly recommend the excellent Sorbets. If you visit on a day when Berthillon is closed, there are nearby shops serving their ice cream.

Yes, Bertillon ice cream is great. They have a great variety of tastes. But be afraid of "cheaters": some shops sell allegedly Bertillon ice cream, but actually it's not so. The shop should have a note with a trademark of Bertillon to sell its ice cream. One of good places to eat real Bertillonis Auberge de la Reine Blanche.
