One of our favorite tricks for eating out with the kids is to find an outdoor dining option. There's usually more for the kids to watch and do, often a way for them to get up and move without making everyone around us crazy, and people tolerate a litte more noise.
Located at the top of Pompidou center, Georges may not have the best or cheapest food in town, but on a sunny day it cannot be beat. Food is simple and quiet good, prices are high but not outrageous, and the view from the outside terrace is stellar. This was one of our most enjoyable lunches in Paris.
Hot Tip: There is a ticket machine next to the restaurant... skip the lines downstairs, enjoy lunch, and then see the museum.
