This is the best restaurant for kids that I've ever seen in Germany! They have a supervised play room: that means that you can give your kids to the nice ladies at the desk and leave them there. The room is stocked with a ball pit, cars, art materials, etc. There's even a changing table with free diapers and wipes!
The food and the atmosphere are what Americans are expecting to find when they go to Germany. This place offers typical German (Bavarian) dishes and they're really good. The dirndl-clad waitress will even bring you a nice basket of pretzels to munch on while you enjoy your beer and wait for your food. There's also an outdoor Biergarten for when the weather is nice. If you want to keep an eye on your kids while they are playing, try to snag the table right in front of the playroom: there's a big window you can look through (reserving by phone ahead of time might be a good idea).
