Papabubble, like the taffy shops of my childhood, is as much show as it is about the sweets. Children can watch vividly striped, fruit-flavored candies being made by hand. If your timing is right, everyone will get a chance to taste the warm, sweet candy before it is shaped and cooled. Everything is made using the traditional menthods, and flavors change seasonally.
