Barcelona's largest park has plenty of space for kids to run, a great playground, a zoo, and an ornamental fountain designed by Antoni Gaudi. The tropical Umbracle greenhouse and Hivernacle winter garden make good places to visit on a rainy day. Kids will also enjoy a life size statue of a wooly mammoth near the Cascada.

There is also a small lake, and a popular family activity is to rent a row boat and take it on the lake.
