The Houses On Manzanita Beach, Manzanita
We love these family and pet friendly private accommodation on one of our favorite beaches on the Oregon coast. Why do we love it for our family? Walk across the back yard, and you're on the beach. We don't have to carry all of our stuff to the beach, and then haul it back. Plus there are several little streams that flow across the beach to the ocean where our youngest ones love to play. Very safe. There's also a private fire pit right next to the beach. A lot better for cooking over the campfire! Not as much sand in the hot dogs! Lots of things to do nearby. Two state parks with horseback riding, terrific biking, boating, fishing and kayaking. Shopping, a good selection of places to eat, grocery stores. And it's a short drive from Portland. Plus we get to bring our dog.
