Sunset Properties is in an area called Ft. Morgan. It is not in the heart of Gulf Shores. It is about 25 minutes from downtown Gulf Shores. Therefore, you do not have the roudy spring break college crowd. But, you do have easy access to all the fun stuff to do in Gulf Shores like the track, waterville etc. This place is also more economical compared to Gulf Shores. You have full size condos or houses with kitchens and mulitple bathrooms for the whole family to enjoy. They even have cute bunk beds built into the hallway for younger kids to sleep! Sunset Properties also has a kid's program during the summer where they can learn about sea life, etc. They are very family oriented.
