Lola is a sleek little tapas restaurant with a decidedly grown up menu. We couldn't get enough of the garbanzo beans with Spinach, the grilled Fillet Mignon or the spice rubbed Pork Loin.
Lola (which features mostly bar-height communal seating and some standard height communal seating) has a hidden secret that makes it enjoyable for families... a hidden back room just large enough to seat 6. The restaurant does not reserve seating, but if you call ahead they will try to keep that table open for you if they are not full. Arriving early is another way to secure Lola's secret table. In good weather, there is also patio seating, which affords children a little more room to run.
While the menu isn't particularly kid friendly, the classic Tortilla de Patatas (essentially an omelette with Potatoes in it) is a popular choice for kids, and you can also order a plate of Queso Mancheco (Spanish Cheese).
