Looks like an old fashioned ice cream and candy store and sells delicious Fosselman's Ice Cream - yum! There's a beautiful wall mural in the sitting area with various countries and their famous landmarks as well as a chalkboard that kids can take advantage of as they wait for their parents to finish their desserts. Quinn's also carries cupcakes from a local bakery.
