In Fairfield, not too far from Napa. They have ongoing free tours. You walk on a closed platform overhead, looking down on the factory. I recommend going when the factory is in production so there is more to see. Even if it's not working you would still see the machines, see the videos on history and production, and taste free beans from different phases in creation. There are also huge portraits of famous people made of beans! My favorite was Harry "Beans" Potter! They give you funny paper hats to wear and take group photos before the tour which you can buy after. Downstairs there is a cafe and of course a candy and souvenir store!
