If you (or your kids) have ever wondered how fortune cookies are made, this is the perfect place to find out. I can remember being fascinated by the "assembly line" during my own childhood visits. The fact that it has been a tourist destination for a generation doesn't take away from the charm (if anything, the "50c charge to take a picture" and other rules only add to the feeling that you are visiting a family run business and not a high-budget tourist trap.)
