The hotel staff was amazingly friendly and warm. The complimentary kid's backpack was such a great treat. They made my daughter feel so welcome, which in turn made me feel good. The babysitter they recommended was wonderful (screened and everything for our peace of mind and the safety of our daughter) and my daughter had a great time. She was very clingy back then and we were worried that she would throw a fit, but she had fun with the babysitter. We loved staying here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco. 5 star in my book. See Below Description of hotel offering:
The Omni San Francisco Hotel offers kid-friendly accommodations. The Omni Sensational Kids program caters to our youngest guests. Upon check-in, children receive a backpack filled with fun items designed specifically for them. Kids also receive milk and cookies delivered to their guest room on the first night and can request to borrow a rolling backpack full of toys, books and games.
