This is a great Tex-Mex restaurant in Manitou Springs, just a few miles west of Colorado Springs. The Loop has award-winning margaritas, excellent food, and a kid-friendly vibe. It's quite loud, so the occasional (or frequent)wailing babe isn't noticed.
