If you're desperate to get on a boat cruise, but don't think your kids will be signed up for the adventure, Captain Memo's Pirate Cruise might be a good way to go. Boats sail several times daily including two champagne cruises in the evening. Kids rush through a series of activities, including squirt gun fights, face painting, a search for treasure, and a dance party, leaving them little time to contemplate the high seas, but you might get a chance to enjoy the breeze and a complementary beer, wine or softdrink while your kids listen to a story about pirates.
