The Polynesian Cultural Center is high on my list of things to do next time we're on Oahu (our time was just too compressed on this trip to make it work). Most of the publicity you'll see is about the center's luau, but during the day there are hands-on exhibits where families can learn about 8 Polynesian cultures including games, language, crafts, music and history.
