This well located hotel is just a few blocks from Michigan Avenue's tony shopping, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the lovely Seneca playground. At the time of our visit in Fall 2008, the hotel had just undergone a major renovation. Suites and standard rooms are very spacious, but may not be a good fit for very young children because there are no bathtubs and the room lighting relies on floorlamps instead of overhead lights.
