It is like a gigantic manmade, recycled jungle gym! There are lots of different activities for the kids to do like climbing, tunneling, slides, balls, ropes, art, aquarium, etc. It is even large enough for parents to play right along with their kids! I love it! more

Des Peres Lodge

This is a community lodge that is great for kids in the summer and winter. It has a HUGE outdoor pool with a kids' slide, adult slide, lazy river, play fountains. Inside, there is large wave pool usable all year with an indoor slide and a baby wading pool. It is a great place and can be used by anyone for a small fee. more

I have visited most children's museums in the U.S. and I would put this one in the top five, especially with the new expansion completed in 2010. Truly magical! Don't forget to explore the upper floors in the older portion of the museum. more

St. Louis Zoo Stingray Exhibit

This exhibit has a small charge but is worth every penny. The stingrays will swim on your hand and even "crawl" up the side of the pool to greet you. Our family loves this part of the zoo. more
