This is the coolest carousel in NJ hands down (there's one in Plymouth Meeting, PA, too). The carousel has two stories with horses that move in 4 different ways, swinging benches, carriages that actually rock. Just in front is a very nice padded play area with lots of little things to climb on aimed specifically at toddlers. It's $2 a ride, and right near the food court, so you can get a snack, too.
