We all enjoyed the overview of Pueblo arts and Pueblo life at this museum. Each of the state's 19 pueblos has created a space showing their arts and crafts. Other exhibits trace the history of the Pueblo people or aim to show how people lived.
Our kids were interested in the artifacts, and love the small hands-on area where they could work on a kid-sized loom, use a stone drill, and beat on a drum. The gift shop has a very nice selection of children's books and a few toys
The onsite restaurant is open until 3pm, and on weekends their are dances in the museum's courtyard.
