It has lots of entertainment and retail outlets near residential downtown New Rochelle. The exterior of the building draws you in with its lights and music. It makes you want to dance and walk at the same time. When you first walk in its a little bit overwhelming and you want to do and see everything, but you can't. I suggest that you decide beforehand if you want to just go to the arcade and play games all day or go on rides and then get a bite to eat or visit the imax theatre or take part in glow in the dark bowling and eat as well as start at the top floor and work your way down. Lastly, make sure you bring change some change for parking meters or you may luck out and get a parking space on a residential side street.
