I personally do not have kids yet, but I have seen so many families with small children out having a blast at the playground located at this intersection. There is some very unique play equipment, along with little fountains and creative water areas they can play in--some of the kids come in swimsuits! The playground area is part of RiverParks, and is located right next to the Arkansas River, as well as a running and biking trail, a disc golf course, and even a rack of free bikes where you just swipe your credit card to check out a bike, in case one parent wants to be active while the other watches the kiddos.
