Near Penns Landing The best choice for traveling with kids in diapers. Pretty well a must for traveling in the city with baby twins. A truly kid-friendly place: 1. Clean, generous baby care facilities-- two private rooms near the entrance actually dedicated to family care. Great for breastfeeding moms. Safe and quiet for diaper changes and for mom needing to freshen up, as well. 2. Bright, sort of perky dining room with clean high chairs, free bibs if you need them, warmer appliances if you need them . Affordable baby food and no GEI milk available, if you forgot. These go a long way to making up for the cafeteria ambiance and limited adult menu.
