This historic hotel is right by the Alamo and Rivercenter Mall. The hotel has been restored to its 1859 glory with amazing decor and historic charm (but still has plenty of modern comforts!). There is even reports that the hotel used to be haunted!
There are two sections of the hotel: old and new. The new section has smaller rooms that aren't that comfortable. Make sure you get a room in the old section: they're spacious and they've got character... some even overlook the courtyard!
