We recently stayed here with our 4 month old daughter. On arrival at the hotel whilst checking in our daughter was presented with a cuddly panda toy. When we got to the room there was a great crib already set up with a kiddy blanket and diaper bags ready for her.
When I asked if there was a microwave available to sterilize bottles they sent someone from housekeeping up to the room to collect it. The lady arrived even before I finalized the bags. They were then brought back within 20mins.
There is a great Wholefoods supermarket in the mall underneath the hotel that does great food to be eaten there or taken out. This is a really good option for casual eating with kids. There is also a microwave there for your use so you can heat up bottles etc whilst you eat your food.
