My daughter loves to stay at the Watertown when we visit Seattle! You can borrow bikes, enjoy a yummy free breakfast in the morning, and you can "order" a cart with art supplies, games, or movies to your apartment like room and stay busy if it's too rainy to sight-see. There is a Trader Joe's within walking distance and the hotel is clean and lovely!
