This lovely hotel, close to Pike Place Market and across from the Seattle Art Museum is one of Seattle's newest. Kids are pampered with a welcome package if you tell the hotel their names and ages in advance. The decor is restful and more modern than most hotels in the Four Seasons chain. The hotel restaurant does a nice job of accommodating children with a healthy and reasonably priced children's menu, special kids plates and crayons for drawing. more

Located in the middle of downtown Seattle (just across from the very child friendly central library) has colorful interiors, loaner goldfish and free wireless access (great when you are stuck in the room while the little ones sleep). The hotel also has cribs available and minibars in the room that can be cleared out to store whatever you need for your little ones.

We love the Inn at the Market for its restful decor, large bathrooms & the fantastic location right on Pikes Market. The rooftop deck gives kids some open space to move around. It doesn’t hurt that the beds are also exceedingly comfortable. more

They offered complimentary cookies and milk delivered by room service to our room every night. They gave our son a big gift upon check-in with a coloring book, foam cut-outs, a rubber ducky, etc. In addition, all the staff, and seemingly the guests too, really went out of their way to make him feel special. more

Redmond Inn

This nondescript roadside inn, near the heart of Redmond represents a good value for families whose activities will center around a family visit on the Eastside or a parent visiting Microsoft or AT&T during the day. Rooms are clean, if uninteresting, and there is a small pool. A continental breakfast is provided to hotel guests at the neighboring Pancake House, and Whole Foods Market is just two blocks away. Our kids loved the free popcorn available in the lobby. more
