Photo Friday: Bed of Bread
![Bed of Bread in Phnom Penh](http://www.deliciousbaby.com/static/content/multimedia/2009/12/10/tn-cambodia_bed-550x450-rd10.jpg)
This photo from our trip to Cambodia never fails to make me smile. Here in the US, we talk about "living above the shop," meaning that someone would have a multi-story building with a shop on the ground floor and an apartment above. What do you do, though, if you have a bakery in a one-floor building in the center in town? You use your bed to cool bread during the day - I bet it works perfectly.

Cool, never seen anything like it. Now if I could just fashion a bed out of chocolate croissants...

I love the two bread knives, ready to go as soon as the bread's cool.

I would never know that was bread if you hadn't told me. They look like bricks of adobe almost.
