When E was a newborn, our first "vacation" was several days in New York. With a new baby on the way, I've been thinking a lot about that trip lately. I'm dreaming of taking a pre-baby trip back to New York with "big boy" E to rediscover the city together.

    Hi Debbie,
I love the collaborative idea of photo Friday, have always wanted to have a go, thanks so much for the opportunity!

That's such a sweet photo, I hope you get to do your pre-baby New York trip with your Big Boy soon!
    Warm regards,
    Peace

I've posted an entirely different museum view today.

But I did see lots of babies at the Louvre. Late evening opening nights (
Wednesday and Friday) seem to bring out lots of families.

Pre-baby trip? Did I miss something? Congratulations!

My photos today aren't "wow-I-should-go-there", but I felt they were important to share.

Your kids are so lucky to have the opportunities to explore and travel as young children. My parents took me many places as a young, young child...and I think it's probably the reason I love traveling as an adult :)

Adorable picture. The best time to go to an art museum with kids is when they are so teeny anyway, although the big ones are more interactive. Aw shucks, anytime is a good time to take a kid to a museum.

New York is a wonderful place to take kids. I was told that at the young age they would not remember it. That may be partially true, but it shapes the way they see the world.

You look like a happy mom! NYC is a fun destination with kids! We are going to be uploading some cool vids and posts about our recent trip soon.

Don't miss a Broadway show and the major museums! Central park was divine, but I must admit we also had a great adventure using public transportation to Harlem, South Bronx and such to meet all the school kids that follow along with us virtually.

Not your usual tourist thing, but very enlightening and enriching for our kidlet.

We've loved exploring NY with kids! Edden particularly enjoyed the MOMA, in our last trip there over Thanksgiving weekend. We're in Israel right now, so my photo friday entry this time is from earlier this week.

Thanks Debbie! The photos are amazing - it's such a treat to see such talent out there. Looking forward to your new book to share with family and friends!
