Photo Friday: Orsay Museum with Baby
The Musée d'Orsay (Orsay Museum) in Paris is surprisingly (and perhaps unwittingly) baby and kid friendly. E especially loved the stage set models from the Opéra Garnier tucked away on the bottom floor. Finally, something smaller than himself!

Such intense focus! Seems like a perfect activity for little tykes who drink so much up with their eyes at that age.

Hi, I love kids museums! I actually have a post about the one in Costa Rica. We've been taking my son to this museum since he was around your son's age. It's amazing how much they understand at that age!

I love the Musee D'Orsay. Can't wait to take my children...hope they will be as enthralled as your little one was. Thanks for hosting these fun Photo Fridays.

Hi Debbie,
We will be traveling to Paris this Saturday with our 8 months old daughter.
I would like to learn about your experiences of breastfeeding and diaper changing in the streets of Paris. :)
We hired a flat very close to the Louvre. We really like walking around. But I dont know what to do with my baby since she doesnt like cold can food or formula. She likes breastfeeding and hot soup.
I would appreciate if you have time to answer my concerns.
Thank you very much.

Deniz,
Breastfeeding isn't common in Paris, but it isn't frowned upon either. Just find a quiet spot, and you will be fine.
Diaper changing facilities are few and far between (though department stores have lovely baby facilities that would also offer a place to nurse). We usually used a park bench for diaper changes

Good luck on your trip!
